Ocean Tomo Federal Services, LLC is seeking a Valuation Associate to join us in our Washington DC Metro office. As an Associate, you will focus on the daily management of the firm valuation engagements, including client contact, management of Analysts, and working closely with the Managing Directors of the firm.
Responsibilities may include:

Ocean Tomo Federal Services, LLC is seeking a Valuation Associate to join us in our Washington DC Metro office. Responsibilities may include:
- Performing market, industry, company, technology and royalty rate research
- Creating various types of financial models
- Drafting reports and presentations
- Analyzing client-provided documents, reports and data
- Assisting with practice development efforts of the Managing Directors
- Meeting with clients to collect information for reports and analyses
- Directing Analyst efforts in preparing models, reports and other activities
- MBA with areas of concentration including finance and accounting or economics; or
- BS/BA in finance, accounting, business or economics with an advanced certification (CPA/CFA)
- 2 plus years of experience with business valuation or corporate finance engagements in a consulting environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Distinguished academic achievement
- Government experience is desired
